This app could be useful with updates. I got a job as a pet sitter with Hands on Pets and worked a week just to end up fired because of a malfunction that deleted a job that I was supposedly had done. It was a total bummer, because I liked the job. She could've been a lot more professional and called me to announce my termination rather than letting me find out I was fired because of a job I didn't see in my schedule on the app.

I have been using the app for over year now, chatting with my sitters and keeping up with my pets. Great job guys!

I love how you can now chat with your sitter through the app. I can use the app to look over my upcoming appointments and give notes to my sitter. I've really enjoyed using it.

Oh. I thought the website was the most poorly maintained, out of date, barely functioning piece of dog poo I'd ever used. Then I installed the app and learned I was wrong.

I work for a company that uses this app. And have found that it's way too easy to accidentally marked a task as complete. You should make it ask twice. Also there should be a way on the app to look at past completed tasks just to make sure.

The app keeps crashing when I try to open it.

Continuously signs me out. So frustrating to have to sign in every time i need to look at it. I really dont see the point of that. It should have a "remember me"option
